This is Sierra's dad. 
He is a nobleman. He is level-headed and easy going. He saved Sierra's mom, Satara, from being killed by a group of cat creatures and brought her to his house and gave her a job as one of his servants. They soon fall in love, but it is taboo among Jareth's people. Eventually, Satara becomes pregnant and this makes it harder to conceal their relationship(sp). Nine Months later, Baby Sierra arrives. It is from him that Sierra got the pink ribbon she always wears, which is why she does.
